Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at our Houston Rice Village location. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ParkerJoeLLC@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work quickly to make it right.
