Delivery timing depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, and a tracking link follows by email the moment your order is with the carrier — from there, delivery is in the carrier's hands, though we're always happy to help. Complimentary pickup from our Houston studio — usually ready within 24 hours. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery — unworn, with tags; see our refund policy for full details.
